I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Bodhi Day, or whatever else you celebrate! This year, I must have been an extra good girl, because Santa brought me a much needed custom work station! Several months ago, I started sketching out my "dream" work station, tweaking it until it was perfectly laid out for me. The ideal place to encourage creativity and allow me to work efficiently, which wasn't exactly happening in my previous space. My husband, aka Santa, began poking and prodding me about my drawings, and it wasn't long before I knew exactly what I was getting for Christmas. The massive amounts of wood and stolen drawings pretty much did it for me :) Now, my husband isn't a master carpenter or anything like that, but he can definitely throw some nice furniture together. And I'm so thrilled with the end result of my new work space, he really knocked it out of the park! I've spent days arranging & rearranging everything to perfection. I can't wait to break it in..........hammers pounding, fire blasting, beads rolling around and wire snippets about. Ah yes, the joys of a jeweler!
